First we need to understand your business, its target audience, and the goals of the website. From here we can address project strategies, problem solve, give an estimated project timeline, and estimate a budget. We now need to gather all available resources (copy, photos, images, video) that will aid us progressing our process.
Design & Development
We go through a repetitive process which consists of creating wire-frames and mock-ups, sending them for review, obtain any/all critique, and then implementing and refining changes until we reach satisfaction. After the design is solidified, we develop it into a functioning and interactive website.
Testing & Launch
After we are satisfied with the website we launch it. We then test for quality assurance – broken links, design issues, forms submission, etc. to ensure a great user experience as well as add any web analytics so we can measure success. We deliver the goods, provide a bit of training and documentation, and finish the exchange.
So whats next? We need to keep the website up-to-date, optimized, and running smoothly. We also want to analyze user data to conduct A/B testing on pages to better the user experience and conversions. This includes content updates or modifications to the websites design or code.
